IT Technician
C.T. Male Associates, a multi-discipline engineering, architectural, and land surveying firm based in the Capital Region, has a full-time opportunity for an IT Technician in our Latham, NY office.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining personnel computers and associated peripherals, while providing support to our dynamic IT Team. This is primarily an in-office role, with some limited remote work. This role offers a complete benefits package and growth opportunities at a long-standing and well-respected company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems.
- Updates hardware and software components as required.
- Provides users with technical support.
- Maintains network users, user environment, directories, printing operations, and network security.
- Diagnoses and solves hardware problems.
- Manages vendor relationships.
- Performs programming in the development of internal support applications.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- 3 years minimum of related experience.
- Experience with networks preferred.
- Knowledge of operating systems and troubleshooting software such as Microsoft Office programs.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
