Receptionist/Office Assistant

As our Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for guests and maintaining smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will support several business functions to ensure business operations are running efficiently, keeping your days diverse and satisfying. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry and word processing, arranging car rentals and company vehicle sign outs, and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Along with that, you will be responsible for support tasks, such as ordering and stocking office supplies, snacks, and coffee. You will have the opportunity to work on special projects, coordinating with project managers and outside vendors as needed to support business operations.
This role offers flexibility to be structured as either a full-time or part-time position to suit the availability of the ideal candidate.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
- Upbeat attitude.
- Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
