Dave Roecker, P.E.

Dave has been with C.T. Male Associates since 1984 and serves as the firm’s Board Chair and Senior Advisor. In these roles, he provides guidance and counsel on the firm’s strategic initiatives and business operations.

Dave began his career with C.T. Male Associates in 1980 as a Survey Intern while still a Civil & Environmental Engineering student.  He became a full-time employee in 1984.  Much of the early part of his career was spent developing and growing the firm’s Environmental Services Division eventually becoming its Vice President of Environmental Services. In 1999, he was named Chief Operating Officer and subsequently became C.T. Male’s Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board. In 2026, he assumed the role of Board Chair and Senior Advisor. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson College of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.
