C.T. Male provided concept-level planning, design and surveying services for the proposed development of lands located between Western Avenue and Crossgates Mall Road. The project included the preparation of conceptual site plans based on the original Site Plan, with consideration of a proposed roundabout at the intersection of Crossgates Mall Road and the English Couplet. C.T. Male’s surveying services supported the development planning process through existing conditions base mapping, evaluation of available aerial mapping, anticipated verification of existing conditions, utility survey considerations for potential utilization or demolition, ALTA/NSPS land title survey updates, existing conditions surveying for engineering design, lot line adjustment support, preparation of new legal descriptions, and final survey mapping deliverables. Together, these services helped establish a reliable foundation for site planning, design coordination, and future project advancement.
