Existing Facility Assessment

An owner hires an architect to assess the condition, performance and operation of an existing facility or group of facilities. The architect can also perform space management or maintenance management services as needed for the existing facility. The Architect can also perform a baseline property condition assessment, in accordance with ASTM designation E2018 if needed, in terms of current condition, expected useful life and anticipated maintenance and replacement costs over a defined period of time.
