Grant Awards Announced: Commitment by Upstate NY Municipalities to their Communities is Underscored.

C.T. Male Associates has recently secured $1.8 million for local communities via three separate grants administered by the NYS HOME Program.  These grants will enable the cities of Glens Falls and Rensselaer along with ADK Roots–a community development non-profit serving Essex and Clinton Counties–to provide affordable housing opportunities for residents.  The awards, announced by NYS Homes and Community Renewal, will provide down payment and closing cost assistance for new home buyers, along with moderate rehabilitation assistance to existing lower income homeowners, in support of safe and energy efficient housing.

These awards will not only provide much needed assistance to several of our Upstate NY communities but underscore the continued commitment of their stakeholders to exhaust all opportunities to better serve them.
