Michelle Gill

Michelle joined C.T. Male Associates in 1998. She is the Director of Business Operations for the firm. In this position, Michelle’s primary responsibilities are Finance and Operations related. She works closely with the firm’s Division Managers, Project Managers, VP of Engineering & Operations and the COO to improve operational performance.

Michelle holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Marketing from Hudson Valley Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Siena College and a Master of Business Administration from Empire State College.

Michelle has been a shareholder of the firm since 2014 and is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.  She was a member of the Southern Saratoga County Chamber’s Women in Business Committee for several years.  She is currently a member of the Capital Region Chamber’s Women’s Business Council where she serves on the Program Committee.
