Tori Riley

Tori J.E. Riley joined our firm in 2023 as the Director of Business Development after two decades in directing and driving economic development initiatives in Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties; both in executive and CEO roles. She is well versed in International, Federal, State and County incentives, programs and resources. Prior to her career in economic development, Tori was well renowned for her accomplishments in the Chamber of Commerce circles as well as her workforce contributions in the personnel and staffing industry, with over thirteen years in the business. She comes from a long line of family entrepreneurs and businesses. Tori works with the Business Development and Marketing divisions to strategize and support the organizational goals.

Tori is currently a board of director for the Adirondack Economic Development Corporation that covers fourteen counties in NY state.
