Site Evaluation & Planning
An owner can use the services provided by the architect to decide whether a site, or sites, are suitable for a project, or to determine the development potential of a site. An architect can provide a menu of services, such as conducting a site evaluation, identifying environmental requirements, evaluating existing buildings, and providing conceptual drawings for potential development. The Architect will work with site/civil engineers, landscape architects, geotechnical engineers, and land surveyors to accomplish the services needed.
