C.T. Male Associates, a multidiscipline firm offering comprehensive Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Geology, Environmental, and Survey services, is expanding our Civil Engineering and Land Services Division. C.T. Male is big enough to offer you opportunities to oversee large-scale projects but small enough that you will be able to develop work within the different facets of civil engineering that most interest you.
We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our team to focus on many types of projects including site development, drinking water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, stormwater management, and other civil engineering projects. You will perform civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering and land development design tasks such as investigation and design of dams, a variety of water/wastewater distribution and treatment systems, site design and engineering, stormwater analysis and engineering, among other typical industry tasks.
General Qualifications:
- Strong teaming skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, 3D and/or Tedds preferred
- Willingness to undergo drug testing or fingerprinting as may be required by specific client projects
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Civil Engineer: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited college or university or one to three years of experience in Civil Engineering or the equivalent combination of both
- I.T. is preferred

Project Civil Engineer: $80,000 – $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited four-year college or university.
- Eight (8+) plus years of progressive related technical experience and/or training
- New York State Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- Knowledge of land-use processes and regulations.
- Ability to perform limited travel to project sites and C.T. Male offices in upstate New York.

Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager: $85,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET accredited four-year college or university.
- Ten (10+) plus years of progressive related technical experience and/or training.
- NY P.E. required.
- Valid driver’s license.
