Ryan Hubbard had the opportunity to speak at the Association of Vapor Intrusion Professionals 3rd Conference in sunny Anaheim, CA on Monday, October, 21st. He presented, “Residential Vapor Intrusion Conceptual Site Model Associated with a Non-Standard Source”.
He addressed a vapor intrusion investigation completed earlier in the year, focusing on the complexities of collecting representative data from residences with varying conditions. He discussed how this was accomplished by creating building-specific sample protocols with different sample point construction, while also following specific NYSDOH guidelines.
