NY State Brownfield Program Projects

ERP & BCP

C.T. Male Associates has worked on over 20 NYSDEC 1996 Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act Environmental Restoration Program (ERP) and 15 Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) projects for site investigation and remediation.

The NY State brownfield program projects have ranged in size and scope and have included investigation, Interim Remedial Measures (IRM), development of remedial alternatives, remedial design and remediation phases. Project sites have included tanneries, former gas stations, a former drive-in theater, farm land and industrial sites. C.T. Male Associates has provided many of our clients with ERP and BCP grant preparation assistance.
