Keeseville Civic Center Roof Replacement

C.T. Male Associates was initially involved with the Town of Ausable as the Grant Writer to assist in obtaining funds for the evaluation of the existing Keeseville Civic Center, formerly the Keeseville High School. Having generated a strong relationship with the Town, C.T. Male was asked to develop a schedule of recommended improvements to the facility. The number one priority was a new roof.

In 2020, under pandemic bidding and construction conditions, C.T. Male Associates successfully bid, assisted with contracting, and administered the construction phase for the project resulting in a new single ply roof system including new flashing and drainage system. Key concerns beyond pricing and labor availabilities, was environmental conditions involving abatement of select areas of the roof, historical construction assemblies and considerations for deck replacement at previous areas of water damage.
