C.T. Male Associates provided professional Architectural and Engineering services for the Town of Minden, New York’s new town complex for inclusion of Highway Department and Town Office functions. Following a fire event in December 2022, C.T. Male Associates was retained to develop a Facility Needs Assessment in which an analysis of town operations, personnel and space needs was performed to identify the new facility needs. Included in this phase was programmatic meetings, initial site investigations, conceptual designs, preliminary cost estimating to determine what the Town could accomplish and if necessary, determine a phasing approach to address critical needs versus long term goals. At the completion of and as a result of the facility needs assessment and cost estimating, a next phase scope was determined with a focus on Highway Garage operations. As a continuation of services, C.T. Male Associates provided design and construction document services including:

• Site Investigations including Boundary and Topographic Survey
• Subsurface Investigations and Geotechnical Engineering
• Document preparation including:
  – Existing Condition Plan
  – Plans & Details (Site Layout, Grading, Drainage & Utility)
  – Structural Plans and Details
  – Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Plans and Details
• Project Manual Preparation in compliance with NYS Wick’s Law
• Submission for Regulatory Review
