Meet C.T. Male Associates Project Architect & Assistant Project Manager Nicholas M. Lobosco, R.A.

With a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo, Project Architect & Assistant Project Manager Nicholas M. Lobosco is a New York State Licensed Architect and AIA member. Mr. Lobosco joined the C.T. Male Associates team in 2007 and his duties are split between architecture design and project management.

Mr. Lobosco works on the architectural programmatic design and space arrangement for building and facilities projects while also contributing construction documents and specifications. Additionally, he oversees bidding and construction administration on several projects. His favorite part? The variety. C.T. Male Associates provides New York State architecture and engineering services that range from land development to historical restoration and renovations.

Recently Mr. Lobosco has been working on a full building evaluation of a 1939 high school building that was recently deeded to a NY town. Mr. Lobosco and his team are developing a feasibility study to evaluate options for the town to renovate and reuse the building, including a possible new civic center.
