C.T. Male Associates CANstruction team raised over $5,500 to support The Food Pantries of the Capital District
The theme was Storytown and C.T. Male Associates CANstructed “James and the Giant Peach,” with 3,476 cans of food. 914 cans of Chili, 809 cans of Tuna, 1,092 cans of Chicken Broth, 383 Refried Beans, 101 cans of Black Beans, 100 cans of Beef Broth, 40 cans of Tomato Paste, 27 cans of Kidney Beans and 10 cans of Peaches to be exact. C.T. Male Associates raised over $5,500 through CANstruction to benefit The Food Pantries of the Capital District. Of this, $4,500 was donated to the team through corporate sponsorships, $1000 was raised through in-house fundraising efforts and $205 was donated on the teams firstgiving page.
More than 43,000 cans were used to build all of the CANstructures that were entered into the competition. Overall the event was a huge success and C.T. Male Associates was honored to participate.
