C.T. Male Associates Featured In NYS Rural Housing Coalition Newsletter To Discuss Community Development Projects
The New York State Rural Housing Coalition is a nonprofit corporation committed to providing safe, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income rural New Yorkers. As a regular feature for their monthly newsletter, Rural Delivery, the Coalition invites its members to highlight their community development projects and programs. For the December 2015 issue of Rural Delivery, C.T. Male Associates was invited to provide more information for a profile about the company’s beginning, growth and community development projects.
C.T. Male Associates’ core services include engineering, architecture, land development, surveying and environmental services. Through providing these core services to a variety of clients throughout the years, C.T. Male Associates has gained a depth of experience in securing federal and state funding, with particular emphasis in areas such as:
- Affordable housing
- Market rate and mixed income housing development
- Public infrastructure
- Related environmental investigations and cleanup activities
C.T. Male Associates also offers comprehensive grant consulting services to non-profits and municipalities, beginning with initial concept development and planning through to the submission of the final grant proposal.
To better serve non-profit housing providers and municipalities, C.T. Male Associates has added professional staff to our Environmental Services Division that is capable of conducting commercial and institutional Energy Audits, Solar and Lighting Surveys and cost-benefit analysis for street light conversion to LED. After funding has been awarded, C.T. Male Associates can assist with Program Delivery and Grant Administration much of the time taking the responsibility of overall coordination. The overall approach is to help non-profits and municipalities match project priorities with available grant programs and to have clients tailor our services to their project needs.
If you represent a non-profit or municipality and are looking for more information regarding available grant programs, please read C.T. Male Associates’ article in the December issue of Rural Delivery.
