C.T. Male Associates Hires Manager, Community Development

C.T. Male Associates has named Jim Thatcher as Manager, Community Development in the Civil Engineering Division. In this position, Mr. Thatcher will be responsible for identifying federal and state funding resources that match C.T. Male Associates’ client project and community needs, assisting clients with preparation of funding proposals, and implementing projects through all phases of grant administration and compliance. Mr. Thatcher will assist with the promotion of C.T. Male Associates business development strategies to support and grow the existing services of the firm and more fully meet the project needs of new and existing clients.

Mr. Thatcher earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Cornell University. He previously worked for Avalon Associates, Inc. in Glens Falls, as a Senior Associate of Community Development, where he was a consultant to municipalities and nonprofit organizations throughout Upstate NY.
