Asbestos Survey, Design, Project & Air Monitoring Hazardous Materials & Mold Investigations

C.T. Male Associates continues to provide Union College with asbestos containing materials surveys and sampling, abatement design, project monitoring and air sampling services for a number of renovation and/or demolition activities. We have provided these services for the past 15 years and in that time have worked on over 30 structures and facilities.

C.T. Male Associates performed the asbestos containing materials survey of the Science & Engineering Building and is now providing design services and project monitoring during the renovation and demolition portions of the project. This work is phased over a 2-3 year period and will involve approximately 10 full months of monitoring services.

Additionally, C.T. Male Associates provides mold investigation and sampling, remediation design and oversight, and indoor air quality investigations on an as needed basis. C.T. Male Associates continues to provide these services to Union College on a regular basis.
