Town Designated Engineering Services

C.T. Male Associates was retained by the Town of Fort Edward, Washington County, as the Town Designated Engineer to review multiple submissions to the Town Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals since 2014. Project reviews range from residential to commercial/industrial projects. Services rendered include technical review of the proposed project plans and related documents such as the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, on-site wastewater disposal system, public water system connection and waterline design, site design, and intersection/access road design.

Services also included leading the Town and the Applicant through the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) procedures with the goal of sufficiently documenting the projects’ potential adverse environmental impacts such that a negative declaration could be supported. As a part of the site plan review and SEQRA process, C.T. Male Associates prepared technical comment correspondence for consideration by the Planning Board and attended the Planning and Zoning Board meetings. C.T. Male Associates works closely with the Town’s legal review firms to prepare documents in support of the negative declaration.
